RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE

Restocking Fees
Products may be returned up to 30 days from the date merchandise was received (product value only, not including shipping costs). A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Missing Items or Damaged Product
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any returned product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Obtain Authorized KineScope RA Number for replacement at no charge up to 60 Days from delivery date to End User. Delivery date must be properly documented (provide copy of the dated customer invoice). Return must include original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and manuals.

This policy does not apply to any product that has exterior damage, or has been defaced, or which has been subject to misuse, abuse, tampering, incorrect voltage, improper installation, service or handling, or which has been serviced by someone other than KineScope.

Labor Charges for Repair : $95 per Hour
